Mám známu, ktorá si úspešne s týmto problémom poradila, každé ráno si pred zrkadlom hovorila ako úžasne vidí, jedla veľa mrkvy a Goji(co je bohaté na betakarotén) a mala nejakú knihu cvičenie zraku pomocou tranpolíny. Dnes už okuliare nepotrebuje ;) Základ je v myslení, a samozrejme že treba niečo preto aj spraviť ;)

Jeden z testou je periférne videnie, skúma sa do akého uhla z boku vieš registrovať podnet. Proste normálne sa dívaš do predu a z boku ti priletí lietadlo, tak kedy ho zaregistrujes.
